Processing Rents

This is your first financial course in Acquaint Academy. In a nutshell, it replicates the sequence of steps that you normally take when you process rental finances.

The course also gives you a glimpse into Work Orders, an important Acquaint feature that helps you keep track of the maintenance requests, charge the landlords and pay the contractors.

It is necessary that you have completed the Managing Tenancy course before continuing. The reason for this that you need some landlords, tenants and tenancies set up in your Acquaint CRM before you can start processing rents.
