From conducting the initial property valuation to preparing the final closing statement and invoice, you will gain valuable insights into managing offers, deposits, solicitors, and processing various charges, ensuring a thorough understanding of the sales cycle process in Acquaint.
But what’s more, the “Property Sale” course answers even the questions you didn’t know you had. Using Acquaint as a simple picture editor? Easy. Uploading the information about open viewings and auctions online? Excluding inappropriate messages from the property feedback report for the vendor? Very easy.
This course is heavily based on the three previous courses, so we recommend that you don’t rush through your training and take enough time to get the basics right.
