Getting started
Learning goals: all current tenancies are correctly set up in Acquaint (correct numbers for the rents and management fees, all the secondary tenants are linked to the primary tenant).

Tenancy Agreement
Learning goals: generate a tenancy agreement using the correct template (fully-managed, let-only, etc.) and get it e-signed.

Changing the Number of Tenants
Learning goals: keep the tenancy details up-to-date by removing the tenants who moved out and adding those who moved in.

Updating the Tenancy
Learning goals: send an email to all tenants living in the same property. Update the rent amount after the rent review, etc.

Ending the Tenancy
Learning goal: expire the tenancy correctly. If the tenancy ends early, all rents still outstanding should be gone from the system.
